Creative Problem Solving

Here’s a little secret: the solution isn’t always a big sexy headline. *gasp*

As a writer, I wear many hats including: producer, project manager, director, QA tester, product designer, prototyper, and occasional mediator and cheerleader.

Below are a few examples of my creative problem-solving, where I’ve dreamed up story-driven solutions to some pretty complex problems. My goals are simple: keep the customer in the story or experience, help them figure out whatever it is they’re trying to do, and make it fun.

A few of my past projects include finding ways to increase load capacity for theme park attractions and improving the overall throughput of riders while decreasing wait time (ahem… that is, getting more butts into theme park ride seats faster and safer), and using geo-fence pop-up messaging to increase awareness of and participation in location-based experiences.
