Helping people join the Club, then spilling the beans on what they think about it.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
We needed to come up with a creative recipe to get more members to join Club Publix. I teamed up with my Art Director partner, along with Project Managers and Loyalty Program Marketing Managers, to beef up our membership numbers and highlight the sweet savings and free perks members can enjoy when they sign up.
MY ROLE
Writing: I was the mastermind behind all the words, dishing out copy like a produce aisle on a sale day!
RESULTS & IMPACT
- A tear pad stationed at the registers, making it a breeze for customers to discover Club Publix.
- Carefully crafted emails, encouraging members to chime in with feedback to help elevate the Club experience even more.
